Terms and conditions for purchases with discounts or promotional items.
When purchasing directly from our stores, direct service via sales channels or website any discounted item, you will have a maximum period of 3 days to report any damage or manufacturing effects on the product after receiving it. You must make the claim by attaching the evidence along with your respective invoice and explaining the reasons.
To apply your discount, you must take into account that it will only be valid for items with a flat price, which will not be applied to any other promotion or discounted items.
